Change of the main Fusion materials and their recipes from CEu (Europium, Americium, Darmstadtium)

It was discussed (in the GCYS channel Fri, 26 Aug 2022 ~15:00 GMT, and further subsequently) to change the identities and/or recipes for the main 3 materials in progression made by fusion (Neodymium + 3 Hydrogen -> Europium; Lutetium + Chrome -> Americium; 2 Arsenic + Ruthenium -> Darmstadtium) because they were "cursed"

This change could happen in CEu, in which case it would break existing worlds, or it could be reserved to GCYS, which would require special handling GCYS side

• Bi + Mn -> Hs (Tier 1)
• Pb + Fe -> Hs (Tier 1)
