Implement the tree page

Implement /trees/{treeid} page as designed below:

Bacially, on this page, there are the tree id, tree highlighted info: species captured number and so on.

• The tree growth history will be implemented in this issue: Add tree growth timeline component to capture page #1764
• The growers list/gallery can use the one we used on top page.
• The tags/info component has been used in /v2/captures/[captured].js page.

I would like to pick this up.

Want to clear few things here

1. Are we planning to remove the tree image / if not where do we intend to show it? I am not able to find in the design
2. Where do get the "planted at" info from?
3. Which api do we use to fetch the growers list/gallery data?
