The 'photos' upload feature on websites (eg, twitter) only shows a chronological 'Photo' menu (of all photos on the phone), or an 'Albums' option that only shows the 'Camera', 'Videos', 'Downloads' or 'Screenshots' folders — and none of the user-created photo folders
Users have to scroll through potentially thousands of photos to find a specific file
It's a disorganized mess

The only way to do it currently is making a copy of the file and then
the file will appear first. Not all websites prompt to that specific dialog anyway.
