Youtube will not work at all.

I tried every thing I can but it always returns error code (C1-2745-8) "Could not connect to the server or device."
This makes me very sad because a few months ago I was able to watch youtube videos seamlessly on my vita but now I no longer can. I would really really really love it if you could maybe pick up on this project. Thanks!
