Why the quality of the YouTube videos dropped?

I'm on ps TV connected to a large panel and quality isn't anything above 480p although it's set to 720p in the settings. edit downloaded the video its only 360p and tried it with lots of videos, by the way live streaming is 720p.

If video is not available at 720p in H264 encoding, NetStream will fall back to lower resolution. Changes in Invidious API may also cause this, further checking is needed.

I am having the same issue, will it get fixed in a new update?

I had such an information but I don't know whether it's possible or not "If you want to get a better resolution then you should enable DASH. I have no idea what NetStream is so you should ask the devs of that program to add DASH support if they don't have an option for it."
