"Override OS default key combination (Ctrl+Win+Left and Right)" doesn't work #40

With 'Override OS default key combination (Ctrl+Win+Left and Right)' enabled, it seems to have no effect. When enabled, I would expect to then be able to define these combinations but I cannot.

Windows 10 Home x64, 1803, 17134.471
