const startTime = new Date().getTime();
const app = await carlo.launch(launchOptions);
const launchTime = new Date().getTime() - startTime;

This takes <1s to launch

const launchOptions = { width: 500, height: 400" };
const startTime = new Date().getTime();
const app = await carlo.launch(launchOptions);
const launchTime = new Date().getTime() - startTime;

This takes 6s to launch
