Completely new mod with the purpose of making it possible to customize the gameplay environment (while also adding some other QOL features)

I've sorta been sitting on this waiting to release it since there are a few bugs and I wanted to fix them. Unfortunately college has gotten the best of me and I haven't had the time. However, this is one of the most requested mods of all time so I figured it was time to just release it so the community could have a taste of how fun it is to play with this mod

Note: this is a beta build so it may have bugs, please report them to me either on discord (Goobwabber#0001) or in the issues tab on github.
