fix(oxTrust): User searching is case sensitive for Postgres

Describe the issue

Ticket-11961

If we go to Users->Manage People and try searching for users, this is case sensitive where LDAP searching is case insensitive.

Currently two search option is confusing. I think single search option is preferable.
