Add real-time sync option

Add an option for real-time season syncing based on the current month (Or a smaller interval like week/day). Strictly for seasons, not for syncing the day/night cycle.

For reference, the first month/week/day of the year would be Mid Winter, second month/week/day would be Late Winter, third month/week/day would be Early Spring, and so on.

The Calendar tooltip would also need to be adjusted to reflect how long the season actually lasts.
