TASKS

  • GIVbacks - work with Ashley - How many GIVbacks did we send out every round can check in Forum.

  • GIVgarden - Get Freshelle to give the Gnosis scan links to the old and new garden address. Track how much GIV was sent out and how much GIV still on address.

  • rGIVDAO - Get Freshelle to give the Gnosis scan links to the old and new garden addresses. Track how much GIV was sent out and how much GIV still on address. Also note that there were sends from the GIVgarden to the rGIV DAO.

  • GIVdrop - Work with Lauren... It's probably in the forum - how much GIV was in the streams that we closed?

in our docs, we have the GIV token distribution

  • How much GIV did we actually use for liquidity?
  • Where did salary payments come from? What bucket? GIVgarden?
  • When we did the token launch, we said x GIV would go to x things…
  • We should give an update to the community, share where the GIV was allocated to
  • When we were getting GIVpoewr incentives, and we were debating what bucket to pull from, it became clear that we didn’t know what we spent
  • Curves will require a bunch of GIV - where should it come from?
  • Rewards & vesting was being kept track of - Mitch
  • can look back at reimbursement payments

I also made this sheet here William to track what we've spent so far in the GIVgarden, nrGIV and from vesting + praise

_"Just a thought on how to execute this - If we need to go through each transaction from each wallet address, and tag it to a category we set, I think it would be nice to use a bookkeeping tool for this - HQ or Consola Finance ($125-250/month). I'm currently using HQ for GM (still in the process of a cleanup as well)

If not, then we can make do with Google sheets

I mean, we just need to export CSV transaction history and paste to google sheets 😄 but it's just nicer to use an app for it - especially if we continue to keep track of this"_

You can check out this sheet and this short vid I recorded. Let me know if you have any questions

@laurenluz

I have arranged the initial distro buckets into the categories mentioned by Griff in the group:

GIVdrop ✅
Liquidity ✅
GIVbacks ✅
rGIV DAO - some doubts here
$GIV DAO - some doubts here

I need clarification on the following:
• Where should I arrange GIVgarden(initial distro)? rGIV DAO or $GIV DAO?
• Where should I arrange rGiv Distributor(initial distro)? rGIV DAO or $GIV DAO?
• Where should I arrange rGiv DAO treasury(initial distro)? rGIV DAO or $GIV DAO?

@wmb81321 can you try to schedule a call time w/ Griff to go over this and do a hack session to get it done? I think he can explain to you more clearly what's needed.

Try asking him for a time next week
