[Bug]: distance_to_anomaly: several errors appear in the log view regarding gdal #464

When using the gdal function EmptyDataException is not raised if Gdal is not availabel

Set the values of min and max Threshold criteria outside the raster range and set the Threshold criteria = "outside"

Expected behavior
Raised error "EmptyDataException"
