CORS issues: can't upload gif (POST upload.giphy.com) from the website (giphy.com)

Hi there,

I came to post this issue before I knew there was a public API I could use directly but this issue might be worth mentioning anyway (maybe not here though but you'll excuse me...)

When trying to upload a webm on the website (the request went to https://upload.giphy.com/v1/upload?api_key=my_api_key), the request fails and I can see in the console that the request is blocked by CORS policy
