Bug when interacting

Describe the bug

What the bug does is that bedrock users cannot play the mode because upon entering it does not allow them to interact with anything or do anything, it does not even allow them to send a msg in the chat

To Reproduce

1 Use any fork or paper
2 Enter the server
3 Try to do something like open the inv or the ender chest and it won't let you (It happens to me that it starts happening after a restart and I have to give another one)
4 That's all

Expected behaviour

It doesn't let you do anything or interact with anything, it only happens with bedrock in Java, everything works fine

Additional Context

Depending on which fork uses paper puffer or universe, it takes more or less for the bug to pass and sometimes you have to restart the server for it to pass.
