Images across site do not have alt text, so the images are inaccessible to screen reader users.

Patricia is currently working on this. The plan we discussed:

In the Media Library, start with the most recent image and work backwards.
OK to de-prioritize all the photos for events if short on time.
Stop after the purple social icons posted on June 3, 2018.
Create a list of any remaining images that are difficult to identify.

This should cover the vast majority of images currently on the site.
