Le champ "Lieux de renseignement" apparaît même lorsqu'il n'est pas renseigné pour les contenus outdoor #1072

Aujourd'hui dans les contenus de type "treks" on vérifie qu'il y a bien du contenu de renseigné avant d'afficher l'encart "Lieux de renseignements" dans la fiche détails == > https://github.com/GeotrekCE/Geotrek-rando-v3/blob/main/frontend/src/components/pages/details/Details.tsx#L391

Il faudrait appliquer la même condition pour les contenus de type "outdoor" == > https://github.com/GeotrekCE/Geotrek-rando-v3/blob/main/frontend/src/components/pages/site/OutdoorSiteUI.tsx#L401
