Why geolatte-geom source bundle (e.g. https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/geolatte/geolatte-geom/1.8.2/geolatte-geom-1.8.2-sources.jar) has PostGIS licensing related file /spatial_ref_sys_license? This is causing confusion in legal evaluations as it looks like this geolatte-geom library has PostGIS embedded as it's GPL license is mentioned:
