If students are required to perform some type of code or writing review this may lead to discussions in the issue tracker. These discussions are not a part of a GitHub repository but rather part of GitHub itself. As such, it would be useful it GatorGrader could access the issue tracker for a repository and check that issues were created, discussed, and then closed. There is a REST API that supports this type of interaction, but we need to make sure that it is possible to do this securely.
