Feature: Improve Repository Wiki

Description:
The execexam tool currently has a Wiki page with helpful information regarding the Code of Conduct, and Contribution Guidelines, but the Wiki home page is barebones with limited helpful documentation or explanation.

Expected Behavior:
An execexam Wiki with an in-depth, detail-oriented explanation of the tool, including potential tutorials and/or examples of how to set up.

Actual Behavior:
A limited Wiki that may not be descriptive enough for external users of execexam.

Proposed Solution:
Update the home page of the Wiki for execexam to provide more description of the tool and how to employ or use the tool.
