A short read-me would really be helpful for new users

I'd really appreciate a short readme to helpme get started.
I've been using Raikai... since Rikaichan many years ago and find your app really useful.
But -- it took me an hour or more to get things sort-of working. I finally found the download dictionaries and finally stumbled on "pin icon to toolbar". I found settings for the kanji dictionary but can't seem to show kanji in the popup.
