I have a use case right now where I would benefits from using galoy-cli in local dev (regtest). but I'm not sure it's worth my time to compile it from scratch (just want to create an invoice)... starting to release 0.0.x weekly-ish build would be better.

We should just release every merge to main

Should we publish it to crates.io? Like cepler? @bodymindarts

Or should we publish it to more places? Like apt-get, pacman and Homebrew?
