incorporate Euclid bands into skyCatalog repo

Axel: Here is my fork of skyCatalogs see the branch “euclid_band”. It includes modifications also to make the catalogs. We might need to remove them (?)

I don't think I can do it until galsim_euclidlike is public since we call it to get the bandpasses.
