This is general overhaul of screen updating code. The main idea was to get rid of glitches and synchronise screen updates with VSync.
I was not able to build the code using Linux Arduino environment, so I converted code to be more c-like and added makefile build. I might broke the Arduino build though.
Arduino-mk packge which I used for makefile build doesn't support multiple .ino files, so I renamed them to .h.
It seems like you had some flash space deficiency (removed font updater), but I can't see the problem.
