Getting Error in Halfway Test

I've completed all the previous steps two times, but the error remains the same. Does anyone know the solution?
When I tap on Send then this error occurs.

I've added the API key to the Collection Test variables.

@sunny0625 i think the url is wrong please check once in the steps if you have put the right url in the right places

Yes, I've completed all the steps but still get the same error. Not understand where the URL is missing.
