Despite multiple efforts through emails, sessions, and reminders, it was clear that many participants were unaware of key details like the 60-point minimum, the Postman challenge with 500 points and swags, and even the need to join Discord.

To tackle this effectively, we could try a more hands-on approach by assigning mentors or team leads to smaller groups of participants. These leads can ensure that their groups understand the requirements and deadlines.

Additionally, integrating a mandatory onboarding quiz or short task that requires participants to confirm their understanding could help ensure that everyone is aware of key information from the start.

For begineers this task can be something about how to contribute to gssoc to add mail or something in a repo so that they get their first pull request and also get 10 points as starter communicate regarding this earlier

Also i think that there are many who wanted to the postman but forgot to do it personally even i had forgot about it i remebered at the ending days so we can do like this in the first week whoever is able to complete and create pull request for postman in the first week will get 500 points next week 400 next week 300

People will want to complete their postman task faster that way and we will have more engagement

also we can provide some swags for people who have completed the certificate early and have been helping everyone understand how to do the certification not like discussion like actually creating sessions of their own we can allot small groups every day and whenever a new person gets the certificate they can also conduct a session like that everyday we can have contributor session among them

we can add a referral code for them to see after each session who gets the most clicks based on that we can give the swags
