[Entity Registration Modules MVP] Actions Menu Button Color

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We received tablet and mobile view mockups for the Entity Registration Modules Dashboard for MVP, and the style for the action menu button in the subheader is not currently supported.

Describe the desired solution
Add a new trigger.type option that will have a secondary-dark circle background color, and white for the 3 dots.

@yerramshilpa I just realized that the action menu in the subheader sds-subheader-actions is different from the actions menu in SDS sds-actions-menu which is demoed at https://gsa.github.io/sam-design-system/?path=/story/components-actions-menu--model-trigger. Is it still possible to customize the color for sds-subheader-actions?

This issue is resolved in @gsa-sam/[email protected] and @gsa-sam/[email protected], to utilize this feature you need to set the action button secondary colour and use the input trigger.type = 'secondary'
