There are several things we ought to do to make the platform admin more usable for us and enable us to support our partners more easily.

Issues with more details need to be written for these, but for now:

Add a way to adjust/correct message limit quotas for a service (e.g., messages didn't actually get sent because of hitting the AWS spend limit quota)
Add an ability to generate a report on the backend
