Setting expectations is important, and I wonder if "between 6-9 months" on the pra.digital.gov home page or other content undersells the time it will take to get approval.
Having recently obtained PRA clearance for a form that took nearly 12 months (and was told that was fast), I wonder if the "between 6-9 months" language reflects a common experience. I also recognize there are different kinds of clearances with different agency/OMB subprocesses.
Consider whether using something like "9-12 months" is more true-to-life. Use real data from agencies if possible instead of optimistic, best-case projections.
