cloud.gov reached out and stated that ruby 2.7 will be outdated soon and the project needs to be updated to ruby 3.1. This task needs a lot of heads down time due to the many changes within the code.

Jared on track to meet tomorrow's deadline. Working on gemfiles and plug-ins. All image assets done.

Styling sheets still an issue. Hoping we get support from cloud.gov team since we are out of options
