To fulfil CM-2 and CM-9 controls in SSPP and complete Configuration Management Plan, Operations Manual documentation is required for Challenge.gov system

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Operations Manual documentation (wiki) is created for Challenge.gov that describes technical nuances of the system and serves as a reference guide to run Challenge.gov, and covers all three repos
