Sync Staging and Dev Environments

• Currently staging and dev are out of sync - We need to evaluate what needs to be done and sync up the two environments
• Complete a full QA to ensure everything works properly
• Moving forward, O&M work will be done dev > staging > production and Eval work will be one in eval-main

First Part

• Merge changes from Dev & Staging into one branch
• Solve merge issues & update code to integrate these two versions
• Fix all Elixir dependencies issues
• Push to Github to validate possible deployment issues

Second Part

• Check for the warnings of all deprecated functions and refactoring issues showed by Credo

• Solve the Unit test issues related to configuration and make it run the full test again
