Integrating Social Determinants of Health

Currently, social determinants of health (SDOH) data is fragmented across a number of federal agencies. Technology could help reveal gaps that exist in access to housing, medical care, education, food, and other SDOH, which will result in federal, state, and local government being able to create better programming, policies, and practices to address those gaps, in addition to businesses, nonprofits, and others strategically optimizing operations to serve populations in need. 10x will explore opportunities to integrate and layer SDOH data from a number of federal agencies such as HHS, HUD, USDA, ED, and others in an interactive data system that enables visualization, analysis, and modeling of the effects of experimental changes to the SDOH landscape and ecosystem.
