Julia API formatting changes produces inconsistent API URLs #22

As part of the documentation on ReadTheDocs, there are links into the Julia API documentation that are built from the Julia language binding source. It appears that the addition of whitespace in the source code produces new URLs when the documentation is auto-generated. A technique of producing consistent URLs from the source needs to be developed and implemented.
