Should redistribute files in a different folder layout #1

Files are scattered all across the project,
Proposed layout:

a src folder containing .c and .h files
makefile and executable under root
scripts file containing anything that's a shellscript
examples should contain more json's

For this we should:

Update import statements
Update makefile
Update scripts
