Known issue: Highlight outlines get cropped when too close to window edges

Drawing is bound to windows, and we draw highlights/outlines along control bounds. The outline is both inner and outer and the outer part gets cropped by the window bounds.

We could add an option to draw an inner outline only when highlighting a control node.
