LCM LoRA video moves to fast

Hi,

Thanks for releasing the code and models. I am trying to use LCM-LoRA to distill an I2V model. But the generated video moves too fast than the gt video and the generated video from a teacher model when setting FPS=8. I am wondering if you face the similar problem before. If so, how did you solve this? Thanks so much'
