Suggestion (Required)

I have a mod that adds a Soulbound enchantment - I'd prefer if I could disable the Preservation enchantment entirely.

That's not possible just like that, enchantments are registered before configs are loaded.

I'm working on an upcoming mod which will allow for disabling enchantments in general, so that can be used then. Will let you know when it's out.
