I'm almost positive this is a node issue, but there's an issue with the refresh function, and possibly the cache in total. It sometimes manages to read the file as empty. I don't know how to fix it, and I don't know what causes it. This issue is more apt in e621downloader.js, but that module is mostly used for this application, so it works here.
