This is so funny.
The later you start the song, the more Pico spazzes out:

pico.mode.mp4

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Chart Editor
Load Stress
Open the Playtest Properties window
Enable "Start at Current time"
Playtest the song

Making this line a while loop should fix this issue
