@alexlist requested a better deployment procedure and HOWTO.
Seems there were some (minor) issues with the deployment HOWTO.

His feedback:

fcgi text snippet on stdout - not clear / needs improvement
tool does not need to do an apache config
the branch was unexpected
there was a bug with trying to install into a different root path ("/srv")
