- What steps reliably reproduce the issue?

Forward an email has Chinese character in it to the address you offered in the website.
See the created issue in Github, you can found Chinese character in the email is display as unrecognized gabaged characters as below.

The title is OK, but content is not display correctly.

What problem would this new feature solve?
How could the UX be more intuitive?
Why would this refactor make sense?
Have any ideas on how to fix/resolve/improve the issue?

I think to handle the character using correct encoding might resolve this issue.

If relevant, can you provide a screenshot/video/gif highlighting the change?
