Keys not responsive.

Hi All,
I wondered if someone could help with my build? I've got to the stage of uploading the code to the Teensy but when plugging into the Pi it is unresponsive when running the app LMN-3. I'm pretty sure the upload went ok so I'm wondering if there is a way of monitoring key presses or checking the comms to the Pi.

I'm pretty new to this so I've probably not provided enough info here but if you could let me know the best way to fault find this, I would be hugely grateful.

Update:
I've re-flashed the Tveensy and all seems ok still. I have proved the USB cable. I've checked that the correct voltages are present on each pin and proved the diode orientation. I'm getting the voltages I would expect across the column and rows. What I need to prove next is the comms on the usb to the Pi in some way.

Finally go it woeking. I overwrote the program on the Teensy and re flashed it. Not sure why this didn't work in the first place.
