Adding Custom Skin System

This release implements the ability to load custom skins from the pause menu!
It also includes some example skins for badeline, granny, and theo.

Note: This is still new, and may still have some bugs and issues.

Celeste 64 Mod Loader: Initial Release

Initial Release for Celeste 64 Mod Loader.
Note: I made this in an afternoon, and this is still pretty early in development, so there may be bugs and issues.
This is a fanmade modloader that can load custom levels for Celeste 64.
