Fedora Review Service not being triggered

There is a recurring issue making the Fedora Review Service stop submitting Copr builds and commenting on Bugzilla tickets. This is actually not an issue with the Fedora Review Service, so we cannot do anything about it here. The real issue is that Bugzilla stops sending messages to fedora-messaging and therefore the Fedora Review Service isn't notified about new tickets and comments - https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/11829

You can spot the issue by looking at the datagrepper. If there are no new Bugzilla messages, it is probably the cause.

The Fedora Infra team always needs to redeploy Bugzilla2fedmsg in OpenShift to fix it.
