[Feat] : Add minimal user profile

I'd like to contribute a user profile page so visitors can easily navigate their availed batches. I will prefer Initial design minimal.

Good Idea @AKACHI-4 However it needs some thinking

To add progress and see the availed batches we have to do: -

• User Auth
• Some sort of storage ( localhost might work instead but not good for cross-browser experience )

For now, as it requires a bit of thinking, I recommend you to join the discord or WhatsApp Community to think about what sort of things we can add to make the user profile work
