Exclude user by group permissions

Ability to choose which groups are excluded to the game from the permissions panel.

I want admins to have a custom ranks badge, permanent and not based on upvotes.

As an alternative, I chatted with @datitisev on the possibility to exclude groups to the game (not show badge).
