The problem is that the lawsuit is written as if one person is filing by adding specific claims that may or may not fly with the Judge..

Solution

The solution is to move all personal injury claims to the claimant's Declaration in Support of Petition in order to keep the argument as generic as possible so it can include as many claimants as were injured by BIG TECH.
