People regularly experience cognitive dissonance without knowing it.

Solution

The best example today of cognitive dissonance is with muslims vs white feminist. Feminist hate misogynists. Most feminist in America are white feminists, which means they put white woman's issues above everyone elses. White feminism is basically critical gender theory mixed with critical race theory. White feminist came to power by firing their political enemies and labeling them as toxic and sicking Xena Social Justice Warrior Princess and the White Knight Twitterazzi on the racist Imaginary Misogynist Pig (IMP) boogieman. White feminist also hate rapist and pedophiles, and Nazis because Nazis killed Jews and hence were racist. The islamic prophet Muhammad had a child bride named Aisha who was 6-9yo. Mohammad killed Jews and Christians, and slaves, and he owned slaves, including 3 black slaves, and he rapped and killed women. The cognitive dissonance is that most White feminists support Muslims over white males. White males are the 'oppressive patriarchy that 'oppressed the white women' back when white women were hella racist before we had the internet and modern medicine when everything was oppressive. Muslims are to this do misogynists who treat women as less than men, they force them to wear burkas, and domestic rape is common. Everything that white feminists hate about the racist IMP pig boogieman stereotype muslims actually do, but White feminist support Muslims more than they do conservative white males. That is textbook congestive dissonance. These people will say they support freedom of religion, but not freedom to criticize the establishment of religion, which is literally the first words of the 1A: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion".
