FreePBX Version

FreePBX 17

Issue Description

Since the update from 16 to 17 I have a problem with the lookup of the contacts which are stored in the Contact Manager.
I have also carried out a new installation (Version 17) and have the same problem there.
Contact Manager User:
Test User
Cell: +4912345

Superfecta/Missed Call Notification:
First Test:
Number: +4912345
Lookup Result: unknown

Second Test:
Number: 4912345
Lookup Result: Test User

Operating Environment

Debian 12
FreePBX 17.0.19.21
Asterisk 21.5.0
all Modules up to date

Relevant log output

Which logs would be interesting?

What type of contact is created with above number like Internal/External/Private.?
Can you share the asterisk cli logs for both test calls.?
