TypeScript errors won't trigger the error overlay in the browser

👋 Hey folks,

I just noticed that when using @snowpack/plugin-typescript errors will show in the terminal output but won't trigger the overlay error page in the browser. Is that intentional behaviour? It can be easily reproduced when using the app-template-preact-typescript template.

This is intentional, although I understand wanting this behavior. I have some general "plugin output" / "dashboard" work that I'd like to get in now that v3.0 is out the door, it could be interesting to tackle this as a part of it.

Ah, got it. I can understand the reasoning for not wanting this behavior as well. It would be nice to have it as something optional though.
